Why we started

Like many families, we've watched loved ones struggle with mobility and confidence as they age. It wasn't from lack of willpower—it was a lack of the right kind of support.

We started Seniors Fitness Circle because most fitness programs just aren't built for seniors. They move too fast, assume too much, or skip the fundamentals that older adults really need: balance, joint support, and safe, steady progress.

So we built something different—something gentle, practical, and rooted in the real needs of real people.

I'm not a fitness instructor—I'm a wellness advocate, publisher, and problem-solver. I work with certified instructors and experts to create fitness resources that are safe, encouraging, and easy to follow. My mission is to help seniors stay active, strong, and independent through approachable, beginner-friendly programs.

Milena is the calm, knowledgeable voice behind our 7-Day Quick Start Plan and 90-Day Chair Yoga Video Series. She specializes in gentle movement for older adults and brings clarity, warmth, and encouragement to every session.
